French-inspired cuisines and they were modern, beautiful and tasted wonderful. We tried 4 dishes and were absolutely satisfied with all of them.
This was their grilled octopus, slow cooked for 6 hours before a crispy charred finishing upon serving. Very tender and tasty. Loved the ginger-tomato purée that was tingling spicy, even the potatoes were cooked with duck fat. Every element on each plate came together well and we could taste that it was prepared with heart. Lots of efforts went into the plating to make them beautifully appealing.
Staff was certainly friendly. They shared that a 3rd outlet (located in Tanjong Pagar) would be opening soon.
