I found medium spicy really spicy, but my spice tolerance isn't the highest to begin with. 😅 On the rare occassions that I got relief from the numbing sensation, I enjoyed the savoury flavour of the spice blend. The pork belly was my favourite of everything as it was more lean than fatty. Another item that deserves a mention is the tofu skin which soaked up the sauce very well.
