Like good ol’ bolognese sauce, the Chicken Sausage Tomate ($23) was a classic. Served with homemade chicken sausage, tomato basil sauce, and topped with parsley; the tangy number was fairly substantial. Our choice of pasta, the linguine, was also al dente perfection and went superbly with the generous heap of tomato-based meat sauce and grated parmesan cheese.
