Saw this new dish "Hor Fun Tom Yum" and decide to give it a try. Turn out that Hor Fun (Stir fried Chinese noodle) and Tom Yum(Hot & sour Thai soup) don't belong together. The Hor Fun tastes very sour and there is no wok hei (charred aroma) that we expect! Better stick to what we know! 😞
