First time at Wang dae bak Pocha. Atmosphere was great and service was excellent. The Korean waiter in glasses was so friendly. He recommended the makgeolli mixed with pineapple and it was fantastic! Sweet and tangy. We ordered the pork trotters (jokbal) half with sauce and half without. The spicy sauce really packed a punch. Highly addictive. My mouth was on fire and steam was wafting from my hair but I couldn't stop eating. The kimchi soup was sour and spicy. Right up my alley. It was the best I have ever tried. But slurping the soup and eating the jokbal together almost made my head explode. Music was a bit loud so gotta raise our voices to be heard. Could get a bit noisy.
