Picked the Shio base that comes with ajitama (seasoned molten lava egg), char siew and bamboo shoot. Pretty normal ramen that does not give me any wow factor that i would have expected from a one star michelin. Anyway, please don’t ask for lower salt content like me unless you want to drink “plain water”
