These are one of the most popular bak chor mees in Singapore, and knowing this, I had to try them. I don't usually eat BCM because of the carbs but in this case it was worth it. The bowl of noodles with nicely cooked meat and liver especially (not too powdery or raw) doused in the tangy, rich sauce was pretty satisfying. I wished the noodles were a little springier and moister but overall I still enjoyed it. Oh and the soup! So full of flavour! Wonder what they boil in it..... and damn, more fried lard please. This was the $8 option.
