Tucked behind Amoy Hotel, Yuki Onna served one of the best chirashi don I’ve ever had in Singapore.

Love how the creamy mentaiko sauce worked wonderfully with crunchy potato noodles 😙 This torched Mentai Rosti certainly hits all the right spots!

It's funny how farewells bring people closer than beginnings, how we grasp on any last opportunity to bond, before situations and circumstances stand in our way.
