Hm Over Easy boasts of its burgers, but I don’t think the to-die for burger ($26++) lives up to its name. The potato buns were rather dense and lacked a crisp exterior whilst the wagyu patty was a tad dry and seemed like a regular store-bought slab. My favourite parts were probably the sautéed onions and mushrooms! Perhaps their other burgers will fare better.
