♻️Going green! The only time I 'go green' is when it comes to my food🍵. Haha.
The taste of the bread reminds me of the iconic 'Rotiboy' buns. It has that similar buttery pastry with a crispy sweet topping. If you haven't eaten 'rotiboy', just imagine bread with a cookie-ish layer on top. Cut into the pastry and it will reveal a brightly coloured green matcha filling.I like how the sweetness of the bread balances against the saltiness in the butter and the slight bitterness from the matcha sauce.
