To order each dish Ala carte, the shredded pork & century egg Congee was $9.95 and the dumplings in chili oil was $10.95. So this deal was a steal. Although I’m not sure if ordering the dumplings Ala carte would also yield 5 pcs. There were 8 such value for money combos available to choose from.

Congee was on the bland side. But there was a natural sweetness in each spoonful that was quite appealing. Ideal as a light snack. I asked for century egg to be removed.

Dumplings were plump and juicy. Meat inside was tender and the prawn was bouncy. I definitely would prefer to have more garlic. It wasn’t sour enough but was really very spicy. I liked this very much.
