We enjoyed this gratinated bucatini bolognese for several reasons. It had interesting charred kinda umami that was smokey and good. There was generous amount of meat in the pasta. The pasta was thicker than usual, like an udon and was pleasant to chew.
Comparatively, there were more varieties on their dinner menu than lunch's. Quite like their kinda food so we'd be back again.
