The afternoon tea comes in three tiers, headlined by the Salted Caramel Cream with Pecan Maple Frangipane which brings a light crunchy texture and a myriad of flavours that include sweet, nutty and buttery with a foresty aroma. Other sweet treats include the Fig Raspberry Marmalade with Rose Pastry Cream Choux Pastry and Poached Williams Pear Compote, Lime Verbena Foam with Pear Ginger Mousse.

For savouries, there is a luxurious spread that includes the Crispy Walnut Bread with Egg, Tobiko Caviar and Affilla Cress, Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese with Pumpernickel and White Loaf Sandwich, and Eggplant Onion Quiche. The afternoon tea treats are paired with two beverages of fine loose-leaf tea or coffee, along with unlimited ice cream and uniquely crafted Spiced Maple Oat Scones. There are also options to top-up the beverages to champagne, sparkling tea or cocktails.

The afternoon tea is available on two seatings daily from now to 31 October, priced from $55++ per adult from Mondays to Fridays, and $60++ per adult on weekends and public holidays.
