Although the meat doneness for the bento is well done, it still taste pretty good for the Karubi and Gyutan. The savouriness and fatiness retains.
As for the Ribeye Steak, its better to grill on your own instead. Like the big size of steak but the well done meat is kinda tough and need to chew many times.
Salmon Butter Yaki is one smooth fish. The skin and meat is so delicate. It literally melts in your mouth. Order this, confirm satisfy.
Negi Shio Chicken, tender and savoury meat. Good for the non-beef eater.
