As it was sizzling its way to the table, I was so ready to experience a steak that made @foodkingnoc cry😢. Evenly cooked to a blushing medium rare, the steak was extremely tender and juicy, despite being lean. With a beautiful char finish, it also tasted more beefy in flavour rather than just fats. Not gonna lie, dining here can be pretty pricey but it’s all worth it😋!

P.S. I'd recommend getting their thick bacon🥓 slice too!
