Pictured is the pork omelette (cheese tonpei-yaki, 12.8 ++). A tasty side dish, ordered to keep the hunger at bay whilst the chef prepared the okonomayaki which has a 25 min wait. Good idea to get some nibbles before the main event :) Grilled edamame also offer some respite and make a change from the usual steamed variety. Make a reservation if you can, especially as there’s reduced seating currently.
