Have been eyeing this breadbowl from the award winning chowder cafe in Seattle for long. The breadbowl was toasted in oven before filling up with hot and creamy smoked salmon chowder and garnished with spring onion. The breadbowl was soft and fluffy, perfect for dipping. Despite the soft texture of the bread, it can hold the soup quite well and did not turn soggy after that.
