Finally tried the pasta with four Cs after hearing many friends rave about it. The Cs refer to the caviar sitting atop of a bed of crabmeat with a side of clams and chorizo bits finished with a drizzle of lobster bisque. .
I initially thought that the dish would be really cloying as it seemed to be soaked in the lobster bisque but it was far from cloying! The girlfriend continued feeding herself with this even though she was full ◡̈ I’m not a fan of cold dishes but this is one exception that I’ll be willing to make over and over again. Come try it for yourself! .
The dish comes in two portion; we had the bigger one that is akin to a main dish while if you are going for 2 main dishes, you could probably order this as a starter ($10.90) and if you are looking to impress a girl with your 5Cs, you can add $6 for C-urchin 😂
