The ultimate OG combo set that can satisfy a hunger soul. Grilled chicken and fish served with white rice, then flooded with curry, sides with stir-fry juicy cabbage, a round fried egg and not forgetting that sweet caramelised onion spicy sambal.
Chicken was alright, a bit dry due to charcoal-grilled but the dark kecap sauce helps to moisturise it. The bone part had the most smokey and spice flavour.
Fish had a somewhat tough crispy outer with soft tender inner. Yummy and easy to eat apart from trying to cut down into smaller pieces due to the firm outer layer. Size of fish is huge too.
