Succulent dory fish deep fried in homemade Japanese batter tossed with sesame furikake and shredded nori seaweed. Served with fries and homemade matcha aoli.
Have to say I was extremely impressed at their batter. It was crispy yet light and the batter had taste to it. The matcha aoli was something different and definitely a good sauce to the fish and fried.
