Been meaning to give them a try for a while now and finally managed to found time to patronise them. Started of my meal with the beef carpaccio, as recommended by the friendly staff here. It still amazes me every time I have carpaccio, the tricky knife work and the skilfulness the chef must have had to be able to achieve such thin and even slices. These slices of beef were tender and savoury, though a little high on the sodium side. It is then topped with a few hot fried potatoes in the form of chips which carries with it a whiff of truffle fragrance.
