This crowd favourite returns to Yun Nans’ CNY menu again this year! The golden broth base is slowly stewed for 6 hours, and further topped with 11 auspicious ingredients of roast pork belly, bamboo pith, sea cucumber, abalone, scallops, prawns, mushrooms, fish maw, cordyceps flowers, yam and Chinese cabbage. The comforting, luxurious savoury broth kept us going for more! Loved how it’s not overly salty - we even dabao-ed the leftover broth and made soup noodles at home, yum!
