Tucked beside an escalator in the basement of the sleepy Havelock II mall, Ten Tenths Is a kiosk selling a quaint mix of Cantonese roast meats rice bowls, herbal chicken and dry mee siam.

Priced at about $10 per bowl, their Cantonese roast meat bowls cost nearly double of what you would probably pay at the kopitiam across the road. But I love that they serve the aromatic and delicious 油饭 instead of plain rice. Portions are a little small but each rice bowl comes with a side of achar and tamago egg.

I also loved their tangy garlic chilli which is sweet sour and packs a decent level of heat!
