Modern interpretation of the traditional Korean rice dish of bibimbap served in a ice cream pint like tub. Choose a meat/veg base before adding 5 veg sides and a sauce of choice. Fresh seared salmon cubes were my choice and it goes really well with the vegetables and the sauce - a mixture of apple cider gochujang and soy garlic - try it! Their sauces were on point with a good blend of savoury, sweet, and spicy and not one taste was overly powering. Give it a good shake in the tub and enjoy!
