There are 4 different options of soup bases, with the choice of chicken or beef, as well as rice noodles or springy noodles. The 4 soup bases available are:
1. Pathumthani - Sourish, slightly spicy, herby dark soy sauce base
3. Ayutthaya - Contains coconut milk, richer and creamier broth
4. Creamy Tom Yum
5. Sweet Kuey Chap

We ordered a variety of different combinations (I forgot the combinations in each bowl😅) but all chicken as we do not eat beef. It was my first time eating boat noodles so it was a pretty interesting experience for me. I think all of the soup bases were unique in their own ways and worth trying out the different flavours but the sweet kuey chap was a bit too sweet for my liking, probably more suitable for the younger palettes.
