ACAMASEATS & GTK💮: It all started with this starter, the way Chef Ming @mkthehansum & his GF @xshinyinx put the ingredients together to archive the perfect marriage of Texture & Flavours is Astonishing. What’s even more mind boggling is how thin the Kueh Pie Tee Shells (paper fu*cking thin) were & how delicious it is. 🤤

In this Tartare you could sense the talent & brilliance of this budding young Chef, using green apples, quail’s egg, laksa leaf pesto, shallots & lime, all my dining partners were either going “Oohhhhh or Ahhhhhh” or “nothing can explain this” silent moment. 🏵

Truly the Best Pop-Up this year, all the slots of October have been filled & Chef Ming is not taking anymore reservations. But fret not, you might just get a chance to try his food again (At his upcoming 25 seater Restaurant, more news to come these are good times) đź”–
