Brotzeit's Oktoberfest menu is personally curated by Chef Lorenz Raich, whose experience in Michelin-starred kitchens and boutique F&B venues, with the highlight that the food is light yet richly savoury.

Two items must try from Oktoberfest are (both are my favourite and pair it with 🍺, shiok):
💕Crispy Pork Cracklings.
Pork skin cooked in a stock made with onions, carrot, celery, leek, garlic, black pepper seeds, mustard seeds and coriander seeds.
The skin pressed overnight, portioned and dehydrated, and deep-fried in very hot oil till it puffs up and seasoned with salt and Brotzeit's 10-spice mix for snack.
💰$6++.

💕Knusprige Schweinsohren
Crispy Fried Pig Ears
Pig ears are cooked in a stock made with spices, vegetables and herbs. The ears pressed overnight, cut into long stripes and coated with flour, egg and Haubis (organic European bakery) breadcrumbs, then deep-fried till golden-brown.
Served with mustard aioli made in-house with mayonnaise, hot and wholegrain mustard and cayenne pepper
💰$12++.
