Decided to try some new food at Sims drive market and this attracted my attention - Xing Hua Bee Hoon ($4)! 1/4 the price of putien. The beehoon is equally thin. But this beehoon was slightly wetter than putien's. And parents thought there were much ingredients given = 2 mushy prawns + around 5 clams + perhaps 3 super tiny slice of pork. But overall it was a good substitute and the cheaper version of putien's beehoon for me. This stall sells xing hua kind of lor mee too!
