Addition of bonito to the traditional pure pork bone soup base has mellow down the porky flavors while adding a dash of umami flavors to it. Other than that, their toroniku (pork cheek) literally melts in your mouth! It's just too good for such a reasonably priced bowl of 🍜 at @soramensg!
