I don’t eat beef noodles very often but I think Hong Kee Beef Noodles may be my new favourite place. The uncle here has been cooking the dish for decades and has won multiple awards for it. You can opt for either the dry or soup version and I went for the dry, which features noodles doused in a thick, viscous gravy. You still get to enjoy a bowl of soup on the side and this was pack full of beefy herbal flavour. I also loved how the beef slices were super tender β€” something that is hard to find these days!
