Greek deep sea pink shrimp, basil aioli.

One of my favorite dish from the night! These lovely shrimps are dipped into a seasoned flour, and fried to a golden, crispy crunch. The batter is really light but flavorful, with a delicate sweet crispness. Also enjoyed the textures where you can feel the feelers and legs, plus the shrimp heads are yummy!! One of the best deep fried shrimps Iโ€™ve had! They are so addictive and yummy, even with the dip!
