Greek deep sea pink shrimp, basil aioli.

One of my favorite dish from the night! These lovely shrimps are dipped into a seasoned flour, and fried to a golden, crispy crunch. The batter is really light but flavorful, with a delicate sweet crispness. Also enjoyed the textures where you can feel the feelers and legs, plus the shrimp heads are yummy!! One of the best deep fried shrimps I’ve had! They are so addictive and yummy, even with the dip!
