Brasserie Les Saveurs, St. Regis Hotel. One of the most sublime restaurants in Singapore. It's almost 2 years since I last came here and I'm definitely having plans to come back here on my 21st birthday in April.

From 1 June to 31 August , The Astor Grill – a restaurant pop-up , located at St Regis hotel, founded on the original concept of great chophouses set in the early century New York.

Spend my Sunday at Brasserie Les Savers, Indulge in a spread focused on seasonality of quality ingredients with French application, from fresh seafood such as freshly shucked oysters, Alaskan king crab salad to artisanal cheese, blinis, mains les plats de resistance and an assortment of handcrafted desserts.
