Served in bite-sized chunks, the toast was crispy and perfectly golden on the outside yet soft and fluffy on the inside. Icing sugar was sifted on with a large scoop of "ice-cream", which was actually homemade whipped cream. Probably one of the best whipped cream I had. It was light and dense with a subtle sweetness to it. Drizzle on some maple syrup to complete a pillowy sweet treat.
