The bittersweet flavour from the matcha with the tartness of the Korean red beans and sweetness from the fresh milk is a classic pairing that makes a sweet treat after a meal. In addition to these two new lineups, there’s also the Cube series that are sold in all dal.koom outlets whereby liquid matcha is freeze into ice cubes and served with milk and/or coffee.

In addition to the beverages, there are new savoury snacks from the café such as the Signature Ssamjang Chicken Cruffin ($10.90) and Ssamjang Chicken Pizza ($12.90), both using the Korean spicy paste as a flavour to the chicken. If you are not able to handle the spice, there’s also the Breaded Dory Cruffin ($10.90) that comes with a sweet bulgogi sauce and the Signature Crab Ebiko Croissant ($9.90).
