Chef Joel whom used to run a Thai restaurant brand "Rochor Thai" for almost 6 years wanted to return to his Singaporean roots with next project:@enjoyeatinghouse. During the tasting session, every dish served had the appetising mouthwatering aroma that made us drool while capturing these shots. 🤤

Grandma's "Te Kah" Bee Hoon comes with tender braised pork leg skillfully wok-fried with vermicelli, made from grandma's secret recipe. Excellent heat control with wok-hei fragrance! 😋

Signature Salt Baked Whole Sea Bass, baked in salt to highlight the freshness and natural sweetness of the fish. Seabass is from local farm, grown in the sea off-pulau ubin that's of a higher quality and firmer without the muddy smell usually associated with.😍

Chef Joel's Brandy White Fish Soup, smooth white collagen rich fish soup that is achieved through hours of preparation with no milk added (concentrated fish stock from fish bones which Chef Joel shared that he uses 1 fish for only 2 bowls of soup!) 👍🏻
