Subpar food, the meatball Mac and cheese wasn’t even Mac and cheese, it was Penne and cheese. Pasta was dry and not seasoned enough, it was rather bland. Eating the meatballs was like eating a mouthful of rock and salt. Disappointing because we read a lot of good reviews on this and were eager to try it. Not sure if this was a once off mistake, hopefully. The miso salmon was all right but could have been more tender. Sauce was good though. Props to one one of their service staff, we didn’t catch his name but he is a tall, skinny bespectacled boy. Very polite and efficient, great attention to detail. Cashier staff was very rude though. Very mixed feelings about this place, a shame because the ambience is lovely.
