Our favourite was the poached rice. (And that’s from someone who is not really a fan of pumpkin.) We heard that the pumpkin broth was slowly cooked to perfection for many hours. Indeed, the crispy bits, flavourful broth, fresh fish, mushrooms and wolfberries made for a really dynamic, sublime gastronomic experience. And it felt like a really healthy and nutritious dish for sure.
