Thanks to @littlemissbento for recommending, I actually ALWAYS eat at this coffee shop (the roast meats) but never see this stall as it is hidden inside. The location is Neil Road, to find it go to the end of Keong Saik.

Soon Heng Minced Pork Noodles serves up the soupy version of Minced Pork Noodles. It’s light yet flavourful in a non-intimidating sort of way, when you want some comforting hot noodles to make your tummy feel warm.
Boss is a friendly guy. Too bad only opens weekdays morning to lunch.
