It might not sound appealing, but its my favourite dishes among the three dishes.
It's flavourful, creamy and comforting, served with fresh mussels.
Garlic Studded Rack of Lamb.
The lamb was tender and juicy, not gamey at all and served with Artichoke,watercress and mint juice.
Tarte Normande.
Classic French apple tart with perfect sweetness of caramelized apple, served with Vanilla Ice cream.
