Salted and Hung has been a place that I'd always been very keen to try out, and I wasn't disappointed. The chic Mod Aussie restaurant served up dish after dish of amazing quality.

I particularly loved the starter of Kueh Pie Tee filled with Uni and Ikura, as it was packed with such a creaminess and umami. And my highlights were the raw scallop and the braised short ribs.

The scallops were plump and bouncy packages of immensely pleasurable sweetness, with delicate flavours of herbs elegantly built onto it. The short ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and the red wine sauce was immaculately complex and elevated it several notches.

I'd perhaps found one of my favourite restaurants in Singapore, and will be heading back in the future for more!
