Their specialty beancurd is really something! Everything about it defies expectation of what beancurd should be. Inside the crisp exterior is a firm, chunky mix of (presumably) beancurd, chestnuts and possibly something else.... It was crunchy and reminded me of the water chestnut cake I like at wu xiang stalls. Interesting, but I would not call it beancurd. 😂
