Special mention goes out to their fresh HK Style Steamed Sea Bass, which will take about 15 mins to prepare upon order. Steamed to the right firmness, it didn’t have a strong fishiness and the meat was so succulent. The aromatic and savoury sauce also helped it shine in terms of flavour.
