𝐏𝐚𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐩 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞 ($12/4) - one of the best turnip cakes we’ve had, and better than imperial treasure that we tried the day before. Ultra bouncy and soft with a thin crisp exterior. This was jam packed with umami flavours from the dried scallops and Japanese Sakura shrimp.
