Surimi-men (noodles) is made from fish paste, revealing a lovely pink blush and of springy texture. The noodles doesn’t seem to dilute the soup quality. Soup is naturally sweet yet rich and flavourful. I’ve finished till the last drop. It is also accompanied with two pieces of fresh and plump oysters.
