I haven’t tried the original Old Airport Road one so it’s hard to compare, but pity that this didn’t impress ☹️ Felt that the flavour of the stock didn’t really get to come through and it wasn’t very evenly fried. Theirs is the more dry type of hokkien mee, but the texture of the noodles was tad mushy. Hope it’s just consistency issues and will be better soon!
