Lightly toasted upon order, the crispy outside and fluffy inside is an amazing bite and there are even bits of orange peel hidden within the bread with their homemade kaya sandwiched between it. What’s also difference with them versus the other brands is that their kaya is more of an eggy consistency which has a much better texture as compared to the more commonly seen kaya. Furthermore, the kaya is just mildly sweet, which is perfect to pair with the bitter orange peel and traditional kopi.
