This was so so so so tasty!! Super love the black sauce & wok hei! Chilli was nice & the homemade kuey was very Q. I fell in love at each bite of the chewy texture! Every ingredient - minced meat, crunchy mushrooms, crispy ikan billy & springy kuey plus the tasty sauce brought satisfaction to the max! This yummy dish & the friendly uncle gave me the ‘homely’ feel 😇
