First time eating a bagel and I really liked the texture of the dough. It was chewy and different from the usual bread from bakeries here in Singapore. I got the grains lox bagel and I was happy to find whoel grains in the bagel bread itself and the outer side was pretty crisp and crunchy so it really complemented the chewy texture of the bagel. The bagel was stuffed with a lot of smoked salmon and beetroot and the cream cheese was really just slabbed inside it. I found the cream cheese a little bit too much because personally I have been cutting down on dairy foods. However if you love cream cheese and salmon and bread go for the lox bagel!!!
