This new pizzeria's signature is a simple pizza, but less is more, especially for authentic Neapolitan pizza — the key is in fresh quality ingredients. The woodfire baked crust achieved an immaculate ratio between airy crispiness and chewiness, and their mozzarella, basil and cherry tomatoes are top notch (evident from the D.O.C. label).

Gotta say though, the doughy middle portion soaks up too much of the sauce and tomato juice, causing structural integrity issues — it flops and ingredients fall easily
