Glad that I finally found time to revisit this famous carrot cake stall at Newton circus.

It’s one of those places that I have a love hate relationship with. Prices are slightly steeper but the ambience is fantastic . It is one of those places that you should visit after 9 because this is when the party 🎉 begins 😀

This homemade carrot was moist , flavourful with a good bite and although this was not the crisp kind of carrot cake , it was equally enjoyable because it was so old school.

Well seasoned , not too oily and accompanied with a fantastic chilli sauce ( we asked for 2 types of chilli , one supposedly for the oyster omelette ), this was one of the highlights of the evening .
